@alexis scott this uscis guys are something else, you did not need to do another medical check again. The medical do not expire anymore, the officer that interviewed you did not his job. Mine is 30th August 2021 and the have canceled my interview twice now, it’s say in the uscis account that my interview has been completed. Am just confused and tired, let’s pray for the best. My fingers are crossed.

@Kenneth Ugo my interview was cancelled was cancelled in 2022 but they scheduled it in 2024 and i did it 2 months ago and heard nothing back

@w s it was expired for me i sent in my medical when my papers got submitted in 2021

@alexis scott yes I agree. they started making them so they don’t expire sometime in the last few months but only if you got the medical done recently. old ones expire.

@alexis scott Do you remember the name of the officer that interviewed you? I will do another medical and send it to my local field office. I will put it with a short letter in packet addressed to the officer that conducted my interview.

@Rocco Forté @favor me👩🏽‍💼 that was what i intended to do but i called Customer service more than 5 times n they all stated not to send it without RFE request because it could go to the wrong place n i would be at lost because its not cheap. they even did a request to field office n they completed it saying case is being reviewed and at this point i should wait. i'm just annoyed

If they USCIS still delay your case - you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

@alexis scott maybe you can go ahead and send the medical directly to the Jacksonville field office address on Google maps or drop it off. If it goes to the right officer, you might be approved. If it did not get through, you can still get an additional sealed medical from the doctor and wait for the notice. I tried to mailed some marriage materials, such as photos, taxes to the Jacksonville office, without being notified to do so. I had the interview today and saw the officer has those documents in his folder. So he did received the documents I mailed directly to the field office

@alexis scott you can also include a cover letter, explaining you case, (already finished the interview...) with the medical you want to mail
