Hi guys !
I need your oppinion about something.
A week ago I made an expedite request and I was told that they recived my request and for 72h they will contact me if they need more evidence about my request but they never did, until today they send me an e-mail and text message with the same text but the time was different from 72h to 10 days.
It’s this a good thing about my case ?
Does anyone here had the same situation?

they usually deny expedites. they also told me they will call in 72hrz but they didn’t so i called again and was told they will excalate it to tier two and they should give me a call withing 10 day. only to receive and email from them saying my request for expedite was denied

They will not respond at all times. They will tell you to wait for a tier 2 agent call, but they neglect your case and say that your case is going according to the normal timeline. That's it.some time tier 2 agent will call but he also said same things.

@BA Desai I got an e-mail where they told me my expedite request will not be processed because it’s not a strong reason and they don’t have any evidance (which they never asked for).
I’m going to lose my mind 🤦♀️
