my 485 is waiting for 1400 days.

my VAWA was approved in August, 2023. my I-485 is about 14 months now . I’m almost desperate now :)

do you guys have lawyers or yall applied on your own…I don’t think it supposed to be that long .

@mouche Kenny i had a lawyer and waited almost 6 years from the day i filed for vawa. every situation is different

I thought I was the only one waiting, bye the way I successfully completed 24 months last week.total time 6 years since vawa filed .

wow this is depressing

my vawa was approved nov2023 medical received April 1st 2024 on October 13th I got nothing that they uploaded my biometric and still waiting!!!

I got last week my biometrics appointment finally after 1300 days of no movement on my i485. after the appointment is done, does anyone know what to expect ?
