2nd RFE on my i140
Hi folks! I got my 2nd RFE on my I140, but I don’t know what is it yet… I would like to know if someone in here already got 2 rfe and ended happy with an approval. I’m so worried.. is it normal? 😭

it’s not normal but it happens. RFE is just the adjucator needs more information that’s all.

ability to pay… but my sponsor didn’t the tax return… they sent the rfe 25th April and 29th got 2nd rfe…

it was denied… the company didn’t have money enough
