@Asher aaaa do you live with your spouse? If you have a legitimate marriage you have no need to worry. Sometimes they visit homes and ask questions, look at ring doorbell etc. When you go to that 3rd interview it's a possibility they might split u guys up and ask questions. Good luck

@Lee bear I do live with my spouse they visited my home before they gave me the noid, I already had the stokes interview. both of the interviews and home visit were really good, in addition to that the noid was for bone fida marriage that after I sent my evidence I got approved for the noid that was for the i130 that’s why I don’t understand why they call me for i485 since they did ask me the yes and no questions and also I have clean record

this is probably the one of the craziest processed i ever heard! do you have a lawyer? if not now is a good time to lawyer up. I have friend who had 2 interviews at uscis but after 2nd they were done. i never heard somebody gets called 3 times! try to call your senators and see if they can help you,u got nothing to loose. also uscis is trying to digitalize all files so it might happened that they lost some of your evidence and thats why they are keep calling u back. during my interview i gave them bunch of stuff i already sent cause they didn’t have them on file for some reason. try to go to your online uscis account and see whats there under “uploads”. either way this is too much. i wish u all the best and good luck!
