Sometimes the case status update in weird ways. You had a second interview right?

no I didn't have any interview or any status update with regard to interview.......my biometrics was done early 2020.. and there was no status update after that.. in may of this year status changed to "case was updated to show finger prints were taken"... and the day before it changed to " document was mailed to me"

I didn't send my medicals when I filed for 485... and I got an RFE for medicals early last year and I sent the medicals as a response

it was just a notice that was forwarded to me which was not delivered to our lawyers address..

that's my status too... but I got an email!

Did you reach out to them to try and resend the card?

I can never reach USCIS on the phone... I call but the waiting time is over an hour and they never answer me

It’s crazy that your greencard was approved in July and you never got it. You need to stay on the phone for however long it takes

but at the case tracker is “document was mailed to me” not case was approved!

and I received that email

Do you have an Egov account? You can see more from there. it’s different than a regular uscis account. You can’t create a new egov account, you need to have it like since 2018.
