I used that exact same address and my package said delivered and sign by K.ROMERO

@rex Karabujan yeah I’m in the same boat as you, I sent my adjustment application in and was received on 12/31/2024 via fedex. I also included the e-notification but still haven’t got any confirmation from the same lockbox facility

I think you should reach out. after it was received, I believe it’s lost within their site.

@Sreeny G have called on multiple occasions and have also mailed them as well & I didn’t get no responses from them

are you able to chat with a live agent through EMMA?

@Sreeny G I chatted with Emma multiple times they said I need to email the Elgin IL lockbox which I did and no response from them what so ever
