30 days. west palm beach field office. I asked Emma today and they said don’t ask before 60 days. you can check in another 10 days. but honestly - every time I’ve asked Emma agent they say something new

Hello! More than 60 days for me. I submitted a sevices request a few days ago but no news yet. It seems that you either get approved on the first few days or wait much longer.

are you guys current? if you are from Ind/Chn and not current then that could be the reason

@satty G my field office is Atlanta too but I got rfe from Memphis. I got rfe in November 2022 but sent it January 2023 . it’s been almost two weeks no response. My rfe was mailed to Memphis not Atlanta office.

I got an RFE on Sept 2022, responded on Oct, didn’t get any response within 60days, so my lawyer resent the same rfe package in the end of Dec 2022 and I guess 2nd package triggered the status to change on 10th Jan 2023 to “Correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it “. Meanwhile between all this I also had requested the congresswoman office to do an inquiry on my case. I got a call from them saying my case is in transit to Nebraska Service Center and ll take around 14days to reach, once it is received it will be assigned to an officer to allocate the visa no. I am not sure how long it’s going to take but now I am little hopeful. Good luck everyone.

if it’s been 60 days ask Emma to send a service request to the field office. that’s what they have suggested to me. it’ll be 60 days in about 3 weeks for me.

yeah I’ll try service request today but I’m not very optimistic if they would review it..

my local senator had sent a request for me that’s how I got the medical RFE after 15 months of no updates. you can try that route too

I tried to raise a service request but the agent told me they were unable to raise service request and this was specific to my case. They eventually did raise a service request but not sure if it was for the RFE response or for the capability to raise service request in the future.

in the same boat as you though it hasn’t been 60 days. I asked my local senator’s office to inquire on my behalf. and here’s what they said. very useless. Per the record, the reviewing officer mailed a Request for Evidence (RFE) to the applicant and a response was recently received; The officer has been notified of the RFE response and will review the case; Once the officer renders a final decision, the applicant will be notified, via US Mail. @TA AR, similar useless response for my case as well. Congresswoman office said USCIS received the RFE and application is in transit to Nebraska Service Center and will take around 14days to be received, once received it will wait in the pipeline to be assigned to an officer who will make the final decision. And they also mentioned there is no expedite option available. I also contacted EMMA and the agent said my case is with NBC. I don’t know which one is the reliable info. It’s been 16 days since they received my RFE and still waiting
