it’s been 6 months since I filed my husbands I-130 papers and still waiting on approval. on March 20th it says 30 cases moved ahead of me. why is that? it says we have 9 months to do before we get a decision

now they are approving December 2023 applications. we applied February 2024 and still waiting, yours just 190 days passed… I wish you patience and power for this hard time 🙏🏻

@Deona Barrett The timeline and cases on a premium account on here is not reliable. Don’t look at it. 6 months is not a long time to wait. You will be waiting 18 months probably if you are doing consular processing
