824 Texas Approved after 11 months
Today I received the long awaited email from the USCIS that "action has been taken on your case", after logging in, it said our case was sent to the Department of State. Our 824 does not show "Approved" yet anywhere and no letter from NVC, but I think that should come soon I hope. For those in Texas, I have noticed Texas been processing more than normal 824s this past month. Texas wait time had been updated to 14 months sadly, however, it appears to have sparked some action, because I have seen a lot of cases approved recently who had been waiting around 12 months
