Adjustment of Status Interview Invite
So I applied for AOS under EB-1 A. I got a call in letter for interview in two weeks time in Dallas Texas office.
Can you guys share your experience with me?
And what do you guys advice ahead of the in person interview?

Hey, please take a lawyer with you even if your case is simple with no issues. Some officers are mean.

It’s very normal to bring a lawyer with you. I didn’t and I regretted so much. The officer was so mean, racist, and unprofessional that even my lawyer couldn’t believe it. He answered his wife’s phone call in the middle of my interview and talked for over 5 minutes about their house. He commented on my outfit. Even didn’t read my file before interviewing me and once I corrected him about my current address, he got mad and told me he could deny my case for lack of cooperation and I will be deported 😱my lawyer thinks it she were there, none of these would happen. These kind of cases are rare, but having a lawyer with you is better.
