did you submit a case inquiry? it's outside of processing time

I’m at 406 days and it hasn’t even changed to actively reviewed an inquiry was sent a couple weeks ago but have not heard anything. I know several people who never even got it and had to wait until they received green card to travel.

I did submitted inquires. I swear it is so unfair the way everything it’s so unknown and random.

chat with an agent through Emma and ask them if you can request an expedited decision on 131

well we've seen green cards approved in couple of months so.... It does seem random, but who knows maybe there's a pattern :))

@N B Yeah, I got my green card approved before they approved my I-131 or I-765.

just received mine 2 weeks ago after 343 days, nbc

my god! yes I did submit an inquiry. but it is pointless

mine is currently at 404 days. submitted an inquiry over a week ago, no news so far

@N A how long after case approved to receive advance parole? my I-131 case approved March 6th but no approval notice and no advance parole document produced or delivered , case status still on “case approved”
