advance parole pending asylum
hello,
has anyone been approved for advance parole while awaiting asylum interview? my grandma is very sick and i would like to see her in rhird country.
what are the chances of approval? #asylumpending

if you’re filing asylum for you can not directly go back to your country. they’ll deny your application if you do.

i don’t think you can expedite an asylum interview. I’m sorry that you’re in that situation, but that’s immigration for you. If you have your travel permit then good. if not, call and speak to someone to see what your options are or pay for a lawyer on this app (30 minutes) and chat with them.

@ A K pending asylum is not safe to travel, approved asylum is safe to travel to third country with refugee travel permit.

i don’t think u can travel with pending asylum . don’t worry your self applying for it till you have approved asylum. so I suggest just stay back and pray for your grandma

USCIS clearly says in their website "Advance parole is most commonly used when someone has a pending I-589, asylum application". please stop lying.
i am just asking if you have an experience traveling with advance parole, not what you think about it.

also pending affirmative asylum isn't same as removal proceeding.
