I called today and they filed a service request as well!!!!!! I hope this is it for us 🤞

I have been waiting for 163 days now since they received my medical rfe. I called in Mar, and I got a response last Wed. same Baltimore FO ooo. "Thank you for contacting USCIS concerning the above-referenced application. Below is a summary of what we have found. Due to workload factors not related to your application, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. We anticipate the delay to be approximately 6 months from the date of this notice. We assure you that we are working to complete adjudication of your application as quickly as available resources allow. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from USCIS by that date, please reach out to the USCIS Contact Center for additional assistance."

@ari reed it seems Baltimore is so slow compared to others!!! I wish there was something more we could do. I use "Casetrack" app too and people with recipet numbers after mine have gotten approved 😑 @My Rock thank you for sharing. that is such a frustrating response!! I will let you both know if my response is the same or different

that is so messed up I can only imagine how many of us are over 100 days waiting …. they are absolutely slow but I’m praying for us all honestly @My Rock @S A like seeing people send rfe then 1 day later or a week later getting approved then there is us ….

I’m Baltimore as well. filed since June and not even an EAD. I think Baltimore is the slowest office. it’s sad and irritating. other office are havin fast response time and then there is Baltimore my last RFE was almost 5 months ago… nothing since then!!😡🥲

@ari reed I know!! it's so sad 😞 I wake up every day with some hope and then nothing. all we can do is wait ☹️

@press on I'm sorry to hear that. i agree I think it is the slowest office. did you try to reach out to them? I'm trying to see if anyone has a success story after talking to an agent

yup the service request was a fail smh I got the same response like what @My Rock got I’m honestly over this like idk what todo anymore at this point !!!!
