I hate to be negative but I’d be surprised if it moves much if at all. Based on a spreadsheet some kind person made, they seem to be approving about 300 eb3 per month and there seems to be quite a bit more than that in the current backlog. my guess, best case FAD moves to Dec 2022. Hope I’m wrong!

you can view the USCIS quarterly reports. they show how many people have a pending application per category. there are still thousands of people waiting in each category. it doesn’t make much sense for them to move the filing and final action dates. But who knows.

I am in pending, my PO is 22th of Nov 2022, hence pending also could mean an office had reached someone case saw it and put it aside cause it was not current date

it's going to be current for me in Jan. happy but I know that it might not mean anything. also that spreadsheet only has MSC applications. why is that?
