@Charlie SC thank you! I filed my case to Dallas, TX and I received RFE from Baltimore. It means Baltimore a non- local FO.

my rfe came from local FO and case was approved without interview.

@Charlie SC - I have seen applicants with dependents and recent marriages are being called for an interview ocasionally. However- I have seen the interview is simple.

@S D Filing doesn't matter. If you live in Baltimore, it means local FO has your case.

@CRP FEB 2024 Issue is that interview scheduling takes long time.

@Charlie SC I live in Texas. sent my I-485 application to Dallas since February 2024. Received RFE from Baltimore in July. responded to RFE since about a month ago, but have heard back from Baltimore FO. In this case, Baltimore is non-local FO to me, based on your explanation above.

@T. G. Do you know how long it stayed with local FO? I assume local FO sent it back to NBC after collecting rfe and your decision came from NBC?
