man I was hoping that date would be around Jun or July 2022 India EB1 but this is disappointing

It is disappointing news. The porting impact is showing the results with stagnant dates.

The scam that the big tech companies are doing by porting eb2 and eb3 to eb1 is showing up. Big movement in eb2 and eb3 india under date of filing

@Ank G - the porting happening, I think EB1 India PD will move when EB1 PD reaches to EB2 PD 🥹

I had hopes on this bulletin , my max out is in within 5 months , I may have to leave US before my PD comes current to file AOS 😔
