they recently gave 120 e3 visa. dont know if they were regualt 140. you can try class lawsuit. cost you 5000 dollar. brw folks since feb 2022 (approk 16 months) are stilll waiting.

@Prapti Sharma if you are married and your spouse already has gc in usa then i think you are still follow to join. i dont know about your case so no idea. mostly eb1 /eb2 /eb3 strainght 140 are getting letters in 3 months. one friend who is eb3 dq in oct2022 got dates in feb 2023.

@Bad Boy one of my parents is the main applicant of eb1a. It is given to noncitizen of extraordinary ability. so no one is in the states, we are neither gc or citizen. I am below 21 years so I get be pr automatically. Many people are not aware of this visa category and it’s rare to get accepted under this category.

@Bishab Bhandari you are follow to join if your parents alreay got gc . if case like @Prapti Sharma where all are giving interview in nepal will be given immigrant visa to all at the same time. if your parents instead of applying adjustment of status opted for counsoular processing they you will receive immigrant visa with your parents. but if you parents applied green card here and they aadded u then its follow to join. dont be frustrated you will green green card soon and you dont have to struggle like we din. i came to states on 2014 and though all hard work got green card in 2022. in your case you parents did the hard work. so consider youself lucky!!

my Visa was applied at the same time when my father was receiving his GC But, due to some complications we stopped the processing of my GC at that time and again resumed it on April 2020. we did filed I-824 form but my PD is same as when my father received his GC(12th March 2012). damn its complicated(no idea what this Visa is called).we went for consular processing..

@Bishab Bhandari yes .. if you dont apply / get at the samw time your fater got gc then your are a follow to join. your case is complicated. if might come up why you applied late. btw your father also should have applied i130 because chances are high instead of 824. btw he might already be USC . it would have been begger if he folllwed that path instead of 824 employment based . i am sorry brother but i know so far you might be procted by CsPa act.

I didn't join in Nepal because my parents believed we would receive our visas sooner, and now, even after a 2-year gap, I don't think I will be able to begin college in the fall of 2023. I even applied as an international student, received scholarships from some top universities, requested an I-20, and all that's left to do is schedule an appointment for F1 visa. Given that I am already waiting for my immigrant visa interview, what are my chances of receiving an F1 visa? Any suggestions from you guys?

@Prapti Sharma what a coincidence same here 20 years still have not joined the universities. thought will receive Visa soon so didn't bothered joining in Nepal. Now almost 2 and half year gap. I did thought of f1 Visa but many suggested that if immigration Visa is already on the way than rejection change is near to 100% so.........

I am so tired and exhausted. they say eb1 is first preference visa category and here in nepal we aren’t getting any priority. someone who got dq at the same time as us got IL yesterday from mumbai. Even embassy in india is working faster than Nepal.
