do u have any red flag ?

Had my interview there on October 27th (verbally approved) and was approved online on November 1st.

I personally know 3 ppl who went there and they were approved on the spot. I hope you get approved soon. that’s my FO as well

@domino no red flag. I came on K-1 so all my details are already known by USCIS. I just seem to have joined the unlucky few who end up waiting months for a decision

one of them got approved 3 months ago. they others are longer than a year ago

@Ben Kidman, we had a lot in common. PD date, Holtsville, had I-485 interview Feb 10th, she said, she could have approved on the spot but computer down, so we had to do everything manually, I mean I signed manually and after the yes and No questions, we were told we should be expecting decision in mail. we went in company of our 18 months old daughter even my wife was in her military fits because she was on a military mission that day. But, I still don’t receive any mail but status changed on March 1st to actively reviewing by USCIS. it’s getting so frustrating honestly speaking.

OMG 😳 this is scary and makes me nervous at the same time 😯

Feeling the pain guys. Being jerked around by USCIS is really hard to understand and I’m equally frustrated. Stay in touch. If any of you get an update then please share, it may be a sign the rest of us are due one!

interview March 2nd 2022, still waiting for approval

had I-485 marriage based AOS interview on March 14 2022 . still no update .

did anyone try infopass appointment after a month of interview ?

only that my EAD arrived. nothing on I-485

@Ben .. that’s good . did you get both EAD and AP combo card ? did you follow up on your EAD or it just approved on its own timeline .

I sent an expedite request on March 17th and the approval was March 29th. I doubt the expedite had any influence on my I-765 because it was also placed for I-131 in same request but they only gave me a standalone EAD

@Rock B check your local congress representative (for your county, state). Then Google that person’s name with “federal agency help”. You should see a link to their website allowing you to submit / contact someone from their office who handles federal agency casework. They will respond with a request for you to sign a privacy release form (permitting them to contact USCIS on your behalf), criteria of expedition and addendum (justifying why you meet the expedition criteria). It’s fairly easy and will usually take around 30 days for a response from USCIS
