the processing times look horrible for national henefits center! anyone know of EAD approval timelines from there? I have filed for a family based greencard (spouse American citizen)

it’s awful 😞 I’m in the same situation as you. mine Pd is June 22 . no EAD, no AP no nothing !!! I did my Biometric on Nov 15 .

no I haven’t expedited but is thinking to do so :( the waiting is affecting me too as I really want to start working. I have IOE receipt

@cookie Yes, but I lived in my country, and we visited each other. I wasn't sure about coming to live here. until we decide to do it. i need to make money !!!! I need my EAD ASAP

Oh I totally understand!! I know the feeling of not working and having to wait. It’s not a day that goes by that I don’t check the apps I have on phone even when I say I’m not going to.

I’m also still waiting. PD 26 June 2021. I don’t understand why they are processing MSC and not IOE and they’re at the same centre. does anyone know of anyone who didn’t expedite and who has received their EAD with a May or June PD?

@ m yessir,same pd date with you,not even biometric appointment but RFE was sent i485 which was responsed to them,since am I have been emotionally depressed,.
