Best fucking /Christmas Ever!! 💚
I was notified at 4pm but with the news I quickly started calling all my family, friends and everyone who has been with me in this long process, but I would never forget you guys who were also with me here after 2 years 9 months and 18 days I was finally approved.
I responded to an RFE for medical exams, because the ones I sent with my initial package in 2022 expired and USCIS asked me to take new exams, which were received on December 2. USCIS notified me that they were received that same day and then 5 days later last Saturday, December 7, my case was updated to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS, soon since it was only my medical exams and I have already been waiting for 33 months. I have had a long process. B1/B2 married to the US citizen when should I wait? I just hope that this does not take months and months just to review the medical exams
But in the end it was not like that. I already have my approval and I also have the 10-year approval PDF.

@Bella B What I did since I didn't have all the medical records, only some, I got all the vaccines again, the 8 vaccines and the blood tests and nothing, everything came out fine, I sent it and as I said 21 days later it was approved, that is, today

@Bella B Well, they didn't ask me specifically about the vaccines, they simply needed the complete exam with the vaccination record because it is a requirement and I didn't want to take the risk and what I did was I got all the vaccines and that was it. I think it was the best thing.

but why your doctor that did you first exam didn’t gave you the records or uscis could give it to you? all those vaccines cost money I don’t want to pay this again and my doctor said he don’t keep the records
