i have read here that he went to the ASC and asked them to find the sked. they were able to do the bio on that day. try to walk in tom and ask them for help.

if your appointment date have time so make uscis online account and add your case file number then you can printout from there if that’s a fingerprint appointment I did the same thing

@CL login to myuscis with your user I’d and password, go to documents tab, you can find your appointment letter and your receipt letter as well.

hey, CL, I just finished my biometric last Friday in Orlando, i lost my letter too, so I walk in to office explain my situation, then they allow me to do the biometric. Orlando ASC is very friendly!

@barryl l thank you very much for your answer I will definitely try go to the Denver office tomorrow morning and explain the situation if not able too I will buy a ticket to orlando for this Friday! I will update you guys thank you very much for all the kindness

yes, if the Denver did not allow you do biometric, you have to come back to Orlando do it, change appointment day the means you need wait for more time! if you don’t have appointment letter just bring your Receipt file and your ID, they will allow you do it, also my appointment is 8/13, I go to early of my appointment!

you just went there and explain the situation before your date appointment? and they let you do your biometrics?

my response may be late, call uscis and asked to be connected to a tier 2. You can adk them to send a copy of your appointment to your email. I had my appointment sent by email upon request.

I did that I’m still waiting for someone call me since last Friday hopefully tomorrow they will call me! it expires tomorrow 72 hours

yes! I think my situation is same as you, I move to Miami, but they still send the biometric appointment in Orlando, last week I just try to walk in, I don’t have bring my appointment letter, I just bring my receipt and ID

I’m praying that tomorrow they can solve my case and let me do it in Denver cause I really don’t want pay for a ticket and I’m really stressed about it! my appointment is 7 am

when you give your case number they can find your appointment, but I not sure about the Denver office, because your appointment is in Orlando

guys just went there today and the lady in the front was really nice trying to help us get in and talk to a supervisor! but the supervisor she was really mean don’t even wants to listen anything and never looked in our face! and she said without the biometrics appointment I’m not able to do it! I’m so sad she treat me terrible

talked again to uscis and still waiting on 72 hours and nobody call me! this is so frustrating I’m so tired

I will say just try to Orlando! thay are friendly

@muhammad Faiz they called me after 3 times I ask to talk to tier 2 and they schedule appointment in Denver august 30th 8 am but she told me I should go there and try get earlier 🙏🏻

I’m just thinking if is risk or not cause in 2 months I’m about to be 2 years married and I’m thinking if I should take the risk and wait until 30th só in my guess my interview will be in October hopefully and I will received the 10 years gc. what I heard and saw is after the biometrics is 1 or 2 months for the interview ?

@CL, it could be different. it depends on the field office. there are cases where interview scheduled after 6months. my interview is scheduled exactly after 40 days of my biometrics
