@Mohammad Karim you need to contact USCIS and request information about your I-130 and why it hasn’t been processed. you paid you r application fees 15 (!!!!) years ago. you can sue USCIS if they don’t review your application after 3 years. you will be waiting for another 15 years while USCIS is processing all illegals because they are the priority not you and your case.

this is regular , I am 24 . this is why I won’t petition my siblings , but the time they get approval they will be in their 60’s

I know you haven’t got approval. mine is in 2016 and I also have not got approval yet. by the way they are working on 2006 cases as of this month. so there is still a long way to go before your file becomes current. They can take 18-20 years before they become current.

I need any clues to move on
