yes you must submit one, I got an RFE asking me for a business Plan, a month later I was approved.

mine wasn’t a full business plan just a letter about two pages long stating the intentions of the business. mine was approved

just to clarify though mine wasn’t an RFE just part of application. maybe the RFE they want more ?

@DG if you choose not to do it yourself I found an amazing person to do mine for my E2 visa application He was quick and thorough and did a really good plan

I didn’t go with the business plan. Only with recommendation letters, and it’s approved.

@D G I didn’t have RFE, they approved my I-140 only with the recommendation letters. I had 5 recommendation letters with around 10 pages each. My lawyer is very good with NIW. She has 100% approved.

@Ana Sampaio.. congratulations for that… is she doing business plans as well? my deadline is fast approachinh and i am not sure if i need to apply/avail for the extension to reply to the rfe..
