Can I open police certificate from abroad?
Hi my case is at NVC, I have police clearance certificate required from a country I have previously been for more than 1 year on documents to submit. I have the documents but it's specifically sealed, do I need to open it and upload or take it to my interview at the US embassy?

if you haven’t summited pcc on nvc you have to open it and upload it on nvc ,listen ck ck any documents you uploaded on nvc you have to bring the original and photocopy to the embassy
