can i730 beneficiary apply for work permit if present in US?? Biometrics are done and but it just shows that fees were waived. it’s taking a lot of time now.

I received my work permit after two months being in USA as benefit of I-730 you have to wait you already applied in the ambassy back home

I get my work permit after the interview in ambassy when I came to us 2 months later I just got one interview in the ambassy back home Djibouti
