Cancellation Notice For Request for Additional Evidence
Hi y’all,
I received this notice today in my Uscis account. It says they cancelled the request for additional evidence from my from I-130. I interpret this as positive since they won’t need an RFE. If you received a notice like this, can you share your experiences? What happened to your application after that?

i have the same experience i got the cancellation notice for Request evidence at 10 February 2022 and got approved at November 8 2022

@the blessed I never got an RFE. I just got a notice that said RFE request on my I-130 application was cancelled. So I assume they realized they had all the documents they needed from me therefore they withdrew the rfe if they were going to send me one. A few hours after I received this notice, my I-130 status was updated to the case is actively being reviewed. I interpret this as a positive sign.

I had gotten the same notice when I applied for my n400. you will be approved soon.
