@rahma hassan I reached out to the congressman before and USCIS said my case was still within process time. I reached out again 2 days ago and got approved today.

Congratulations!!! You're approval gives me hope. My PD is June 14th Texas center too, I wrote the congressman this morning, because it's been 14.5 months. I hope I receive good news next week

@F. S. When was the first time you reached out to the congressman? How long ago? And did he email you back the same day? And when you wrote him again 2 days ago, did he respond? or you just found the approval letter 2 days later?

@Ivy Vn The first time was on my PD anniversary, his office got back to us less than a week and sent an inquiry to USCIS. The response from USCIS took like a week or so. When I reached out Wednesday, they got back to us right away and sent an inquiry. USCIS never responded but thursday night at midnight I got a notification about my account. Maybe it did not help and the timing was a coincidence.

@rahma hassan search up the congressman in your husbands state and zip code. He will need to submit an inquiry on the website of the congressman over his district. There is a section on their website that will say “help with government agency”
