today I received my second case is being actively reviewed for my I-130 what is next? how long after that I will get a desition?

our case started with actively reviewed for 4 months, then taking longer for 4 months and now it's actively reviewed for nearly a month

@Grace Chapman ok, so when you go to document tbs they usually upload a document that says approval, but that's when you get your sencond activily reviewing.
