did they send you rfe before this update?

@ a T it’s not showing on the online From my end but USCIS information center operator told me on the phone officer reviewed my case on June 6 24 and made that updates

mine took 1 month to receive an interview

@ a T I had filed for renewal for my work authorization and travel doc and they asked me rfe just for photo verification a month ago and both got approved 2 days ago

@ S C Thank you I doubt it but I believe there is high chances for moving forward instead moving backwards because we have been retrogressed for very long time . It can be months or can be a year but it will be forward .Never knows about USCIS always gives surprises

PD: 8/2020. Case is ready for an interview on 3/2023. then, the case was interviewed on 3/2024.

Completed my interview on April 10 ,2024. after that case was changed to interview was completed and case must be reviewed. Yesterday I got an update fingerprints were taken and applied to your case. Is it good sign before approval? Anyway my PD is current now

@Alex brown I also got the same status 2 days ago but before that on July 17th they sent a request for intial evidence I still haven’t received it yet I already sent gave my medical last year at interview and already submitted supplement J form I don’t know what this new RFE is nothing in the mail yet haven’t heard anything from lawyer either

@hnk 91 May be maintain of non immigration status during application or recent pay stubs etc.

@Alex brown yeah may be but I already submitted all my employment information including tax return and paystubs in previous RFE !!! the other thing that’s concerning me is that my EAD renewal card was approved 3days after I received RFE status and I already got my EAD card but no RFE yet only thing is that RFE was sent is changed to finger prints were taken.
