what’s your receipt date . priority date means nothing in terms of processing time . you will have the same processing time with someone with PD as 1/1/2000 as long as both are current

@battling giants The receipt date for my I-485 is 11/15/2021. I should check the Case Processing Times on the USCIS website, right? It says that 80% of cases are completed within 30 months, but mine has already been pending for 37 months. In fact, the website mentions that I can submit an inquiry through the site. Do you think it’s a good idea to do that? Thank you!

3. also look into writ of mandamus.
