Case status: Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It.
Hi all, I got the this update today "Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It" for my I-485 EB interview notice. Thing is my interview notice was delivered to my lawyer and not my mail address. In the USPS online portal, I reported the "mail" not being delivered to USPS and USPS reported it to USCIS. However, I do have the copy of interview notice from my lawyer though. So, I do not see it as a concern. Can we get USCIS system updated with this information? I have an interview in 2 days and ready to appear for interview with all documents. I do not want my interview and case status to be affected by this stupid/silly mistake Thanks! #EB

you don’t need the notice if you have a copy from your lawyer . just explain to them exactly what you have mentioned here during the nitin case they ask ( very very unlikely they will ask)
