Medical RFE sent for more than a month, no update ony record.
EB1A has been current for ROW.
PD of January 26, 2024 and AOS package submitted on March 29
So many people that filed after have gotten their green cards.

yep i am on the same boat, Applied in Feb 2024 and PD is Nov 2022 EB2-ROW.
I saw a person getting approval with PD March 2023 and applied in July. And got approved

I'm from ROW. My EB1A took about 2 months; premium+RFE.
I also have approved EB2 NIW with August 2023 PD.

same here. Eb1A applied in Feb 2024, ROW, priority Sep 2023, still waiting, it’s has been 7 months already. I saw others being approved with later submissions date and much faster.
