Case transfer from NVC to USCIS
Hi All,
Does NVC sends email when USCIS starts processing our I-485 based on approved I-140 petition? This is applicable to those who indicate that they will be going immigrant visa processing (IVP) in their I-140 petition but later decide to go through I-485 process. #USCIS #I485 #I140 #NVC #EB2-NIW
