Case transferred to National Benefits Center - processing time?
My GC I-485 case was transferred to the #nationalbenefitscenter. My attorney says it will be adjudicated there and not be sent to a field office. Can anyone tell me the timeline for NBC? My EAD and AP stayed at Nebraska. appreciate any insight! thank you

The adjudication at NBC is super fast, you might get your GC without an interview.

Same situation as you. Hopefully no interview. Looks like there are a huge number of transfers recently between LIN and MSC according to hilites.today

My i485 was also transfered from Nebraska to NBC. EAD/AP stayed in Nebraska. Interesting that my case shows two updates for this transfer, one yesterday and another one today.

Mine was also transferred from Nebraska to NBC, about 7 days ago. I got the letter already, I hope I get the answer soon.

my case was transferred from TSC to NBC on 22nd March and no updates post that. Anyone got approved with the transfer date around same time? any idea which dates they are working on ?

Hi guys, my I-730 case was transferred to the #nationalbenefitscenter from Nebraska. Now the NBC told me your case is ready for an interview and the local field office give you notice when they set an appointment. But my case status doesn't change/updated yet and I don't know at which field office it transferred. The USCIS didn't sent me any letter about this. Anyone have similar experience? How long will it take after NBC transferred to local field office?

My I485 with I140 and I765, I131 filed on Sep 2021 in Texas center under EB1C category. Biometric done in Dec 2021. In May 2022 my I140 got approved but still I765 and I131 are not. I485 got transferred to NBC. When I should receive my GC

My I 485 and I130 has been transfered to NBC as well. It's been 44 days since the transfer. What should be the timeline for NBC to revert back to me in this case? My timeline is below: GC filed: march 2021 Biometrics: Nov 2021 case moved to Nebraska - Jan 2021 EAD and advanced parole approved - June 2022 Case moved to NBC - Sept 2022 Now still waiting.... Any clues or approximate timeline will be great?
