Case was Approved! 😭 🙌🏼 🎊 I-751 Potomac YSC
After 595 days of waiting and praying, today my case was finally approved!! Praise the Lord!! 🙌🏼 🙌🏼 🙌🏼 USCIS received my ROC package on 12/30/2019. All I can say is, trust God’s timing. In my personal journey, it could not have come at a better time. The wait wasn’t easy, but it is all worth it! Praying for good news for you guys soon! Thank you all for your support and encouragement along the way. I am so happy this community exists, without you all this wait would have been much more difficult. Blessings to you all!! 🙏🏼💓🙏🏼

Thank you all. Looks like YSC is wrapping up 2019 ROC approvals. @Youyou, I had seen another person with same PD as me get approved yesterday at the end of the day. So I was hopeful. It is always good to know Potomac is moving. Hold on tight, your day will come. Blessings

they are still processing December 2019 things are very slow at Potomac….

@Chris M, I did not have an interview for the ROC approval. I sent a lot of pictures, affidavits from people that knows us from before our marriage and thoughout the marriage, tax documents, lots of evidence and I think that helped with not being scheduled for interview for ROC.

@A L i was put my file in jun2020 after one year i got bio metric in july 2021 and second day my status change say your case ready for an interview wts that min i will be get interview ??

Based on their processing time they’re on March 2020 but I’ve seen few approvals from April and May 2020

Submitted my case since December 2020 still waiting Potomac… this have started to irritate my spirit and mental health. I haven’t seen my family for over 5 years. Please can anyone tell me if my waiting is similar to yours thank you.

How long after fingerprints was retaken before they finally approved your case please I’ll be here on the comment section….

@Olla Olla, my case was approved 17 months after my fingerprints were taken. But, I should say that I strongly believe what prompted the review of my documents by a case manager was that I reached out to my Senator and gave his office staff permission to enquire on my case status to USCIS on my behalf. Days later, my case was approved and I received my 10 year greencard. If you look for your Senator’s website (I used Chris Van Hollen since I live in MD), they will have a section ‘Constituents Services’ and will be a form for you to fill out and give your case reference information. wish you all the best!
