case was approved but the card was not produced nor mailed (i-485; green card)
my case was approved 22 days ago and I received approval notice. however, I still haven’t received green card. any similar experience?

the USCIS webpage states that it takes around 30 days to receive it. give them a call and see what they say.

My case status is updated from Case approved back to fingerprints taken

Hello, my case was approved 20 days ago and they day after being approved the status changed to "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken" I received the approval notices buy I haven't received the card yet. Any advice? Thanks in advance
