when I added a joint sponsor I couldn't add there documents until they accepted the joint sponsor which was two days later. it maybe a glitch or it may be that because I received an email today as well but I logged in and I don't see anything new

yes I also added a joint sponsor and wanted to go to submit my husbands papers and it brings me to my civil documents instead. the joint sponsor just says n/a no option to add anything else

every day that passes is a delay I don’t understand

it’s the same for me 😭 I can’t add my affidavit or anything, it takes me to my civil documents, I hope this will be fixed soon

it's very frustrating especially after waiting a long time for the I130 to be approved, and knowing that a day of delay could mean another month of wait 💔😭

no changes for me. I submitted my documents now through their email. I don’t know if that was wrong but I have been waiting one week now with no changes

I just got a reply from submitting my documents per email saying I need to log in and upload. yeah no kidding that is what I am trying to do @G S

I sent an inquiry form asking them about that and the answer was that I needed to upload all the documents 🫠

I sent another inquiry and today they answered with the steps of adding a joint sponsor, this is horrible, I can't find a working phone number or any other way to contact them, I don't know what to do, we're wasting time..

yes, that number is not working, they send you the public inquiry form, I’ve sent 3 Inquiries and the answer has nothing to do with the question, I honestly think they don’t bother to read the Inquiry. I'm very mad and confused!! it's been a week and no answer 💔

I got lucky because NVC accepted my expedite so my case was transferred to the consulate

financial hardship and humanitarian which is a medical reason due to my daughters health (she is a US citizen

@Mariam A you can try, I’ve read of a lot of people getting approved for expedite, I tried it for medical reasons and was denied.

@G S please who do i talk to when i call department of State, cos i called and they transfer me back to NVC went they are currently not talking to anybody what do i do please. its been a week and a day.
