How are folks able to chat with EMMA and get detailed information such as case was transfered or case is currently been reviewed? I always get those automated response.

click “chat with live agent”. recently they have been answering mostly automated even with live agent and end chat if you ask more information

i don't get much updates these days, just sharing a link to check status and close chat is why I see recently
