Correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it - Medical rfe to new card being produced timeline?
Recently the status updated to ‘correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it’ after more than 60 days of submitting medical rfe to Atlanta field office. This status just means that USCIS has received the medical rfe.
Anyone who is current and waiting in this status? just wondering how long has it been for others to move to the next step. thanks! #eb1c

I’m sorry this is so horrible. now USCIS will say they have 60 days for them to review and adjudicate your case. all the best and keep us posted if you get an approval soon.

@ronnie no updates.. still the same status.. when you submitted to Atlanta FO, did your case status change to RFE received?

I’m in New York same thing is going on with my case but I received medical rfe in December and I sent them my medical on 15 December but I didn’t received no update so far neither in mail nor online
