CRP and still waiting!
PD Sept 2022 and CRP since Jan 2024. Any other EB-3 (ROW) filers in a similar boat? looks like most of the filers in my category got approved and I was current from Apr - Jul 2024 and current again since Oct 2024, yet no movement!!! what are you doing to expedite?

PD Jan 2022, filed in Jan 2024, CRP in July 2024, current in Oct 2024. GC just got approved today 10/22. EB3-ROW. Service Center NBC. Don’t lose hope, I think that they are finally processing EB3.

@TA 89 yes, EB3-1. my FAD was not current at first, became current later, then retrogressed and went back to being current in Oct.
