denied case
My marriage case was denied because I couldn't attend the interview due to illness, despite having a doctor's letter. I notified Immigration a day before and received a Request number. However, I saw online that my case was denied today. A lawyer offered to send a reschedule letter for $3000, but there's no guarantee. Any advice?

If you have doctor bill you should be good just mail them or upload them online you might can get reschedulue interview don’t pay attorney do it yourself

you should try to reopen it. 3000 is a lot. lawyers are predatory in cases like this.

@Sukh ⛳️ @texas pls @w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 they reopened the case 1-130 but the 1-458 it says is denied and they sent me an email saying that I'll receive another interview I'm confused
