Deportation Case administratively closed
Just Found out from my attorney today that my pending deportation case was administratively closed, no we did not ask for it. I was supposed to have my final hearing in September of this year.
my i-130 still pending just over the 3 year waiting time!
has anyone gone through this? #IOER #administrativelyclosed #Lasvegasfieldoffice

what immigration court was it? what state? I am in the same situation with removal proceeding admin closed…wondering if I can apply for EAD first or if i have to get the case terminated first with the I-130?

Las Vegas Nevada i have been renewing my work permit since 2018 that i got it i believe once your I-130 is approved if your attorney feels you have a good case yes you can get it terminated @Santiago G
