Hi, i got a notification today that request for initial evidence was sent for my case. is there a quick way to know what the RFE is about before receiving the RFE in the mail?

It will most likely be birth certificate. You can call and try. maybe they tell you.

It’s either birth certificate or medicals. Quite common nowadays.

yea the rfe is about current employment verification. they want to verify my current employment. we are planning to submit the evidence by early next week

the rfe was because my lawyers didn’t submit employment verification documents during filing of AOS, its a miss on their end

no major updates, the rfe response was sent and uscis acknowledged it a week back.
