Had the consular interview beenconducted as they used to be, we wouldn’t be losing 3000 visas every year since covid. It was his policy that led to mass fear amongst students and even those in their first year of studies started to apply for this category . Trump made it illegal to hire contractors as well and stopped funding and we saw how that helped. Also, how naive do you have to believe that trump is immigration pro 😂. Whosoever wins, this won’t change a bit until the number of visas are increased. Do you really think trump and his team would be like” hey let’s work on increasing the numbers and reduce the delay”.?

@deb guj Thank you for this. Some people don't fact check anything or do research before they start spewing crap. Immigration is not solely up to the president to decide. It is basically up to congress. Immigration reform has been on the table even before Obama. One reason why He created DACA. Congress is just never ready to do anything regarding Immigration. Always a political tool for the presidency and other government offices.
