documentarily qualified
can i ask people here about my problem? we just received notice from nvc that we are documentarily qualified but on the other email it says we may need joint sponsor. .. what does it mean?

That means that you do not meet the minimum financial threshold to support the beneficiary. All a joint sponsor is, as far as the government is concerned, is someone who will financially support the beneficiary for either 10 years of work or until the beneficiary becomes a naturalized citizen.

the income of my husband out from his pension is more than 50kUSD a year... thats too much for only 1 beneficiary...
