try to file with your congressman and ombudsman, seems like their requests are processed faster. what do agents say when you call them?

yep, congressman was denied, contacted ombudsman this week. Agents not being really helpful to be honest, saying just to wait

this is awful, looks like they're processing April cases now, I've seen on another forum someone said c8 pd april 30 and they just got their ead. so hopefully you'll get yours soon too.

I saw someone from May 3rd got an update two weeks ago already. it doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, it’s a mess

different case, but it took 15 months to get the ead approved in Texas. it was mailed today 🙏🏼

this was the 3rd renewal. it never took more than 2 months. This time: filed in Nov/2020, 3 expedite denied and 15 months of waiting. hope you get yours soon.

june filler and nothing.It’s really weird. in orher post one guy got approved and he filled in april. in trackit there’s another person approved filled in dec,2020. i tried to find some logic here but i can’t. it is not logical and not clear. cross my fingers for this be quick but just don’t believe it will be

if USCIS don’t send your EAD card and your application was filled before the date that you see in processing times in the web site you need to file a erequest and with that they going’s to respond for the delay and make your card

I did file the request in fact two requests non of them were answered

I call today and despite the fact I live in Georgia and my EAD need to be send to the Texas Service Center (wich I do) following the instructions of the USCIS website, now is been processed in the Nebraska Center.And if I search the status of my case in the USCIS page they said they received on June 18 buuuuut the USCIS officer says in her sistem NEBRASKA (not Texas) received on June 24 and the processing times for Nebraska Center going on June 22 soooo “they are not late, the times are normal”. So, now and them you can trust in the USCIS website because your aplication can travel for all US whiteout out you know it 😳

Me, I received my EAD card from Nebraska this Friday. initially I send my I765 to TSC but I don’t know why, Nebraska have it. send it on June 18 received on April 8.
