you can still apply. Ours was approved in 2015 and when filling again in 2020 we used the old one. but, the lawyer said, it is always good to have a new one to make sure they have it when going to the interview. I would say depends on ur story.

in 2014 we applied for I-130 and got it approved in 2015. and because of certain circumstances we reapplied again in 2020 but didn’t send a new I-130 because our lawyer said they should have the old one. we went for the interview 3 days ago and yes they did have the old form and everything was fine. (case based on citizen marriage)

Hi Dana G. Got my receipt today for adjusment of status. They didn't give me Alien number and my priority case. i dont know if it's due because I have my I130 approved since november 2019

i don’t know what to say because forgot how my receipt came but i kniw a i130 from 2019 is ok. that u know for sure because mine was approved in 2015! as i mentioned before. If you have concerns you better see a lawyer. I did everything with a lawyer. Now, in 2021 when i had to go for the interview, three lawyers confirmed my old i130 is still ok. but, i don’t what to be responsible for whatever i told you. here you can find advices but if you still not sure or you just want to be 100% sure, see a lawyer.

my i130 was approved in 2019 too. my interview is next month for i485. you are good.

For us it took one year and four months from the day we applied to the interview day.

well our i130 was approved in 2015. long story, idiot lawyer. but in April 2020 we applied again but we didn’t applied for a new i130 as they had the one from 2015 and when going for the interview two weeks ago everything was fine, they had our old i130 in front.

just sent the I485 and I765 in july 22/2021 😔 It's take one year to be schedule for an interview so I have to be patient
