Hello,
I had an i485 and i130 Interview based on marriage to a USC. I have 10 months old son who is a USC as well. This was my second interview and they separated us even when they say our son to the interview.
Our Attorney said 90% of our answers matched.
Now I have received this response from USCIS via an Email, what could this be ? The forums are full of NOID on this type of response.
Could it be NOID or Straight Denial or Approval or RFE. Please help me undestand all the possible scenarios.

its probably not good especially since you already had a 2nd interview. 90% match in interview is probably not good either. go on your USCIS account you may be able to already see the letter

Unfortunately, it was a paper filed case. So I do not have access to the letter online. Do you think, I can call the 1800 number and talk to the USCIS customer service representative and ask them what it is ?

The whole thing is to prove the legitimacy of this relationship. what more can we show them more that our 10months old Son.

We gave them all the joint documnets and birth certificate and other stuff. They still tend to give us hardtime.

how long have you both been married or how long was the relationship before marriage? it’s crazy though that u have to be going through this. I pray that whatever they are asking for you will be able to send and the decision will be approval.

If you guys have child together, they will approve it, just send them ur child or children birth certificate again, you don't have to get tense up, 100% they will approve your application.

" NOTICE informing you of an action we INTEND to... " it sounds like NOID. Just wait for the notice and submit every new evidences and/or explanations they are requesting. Good luck

it 100 percent NOID and am sure they want you to fixed some discrepancy at the stroke interview. but due to u guys have kid together you have a chance to win the case

I just spoke to USCIS and the representative told is it a NOID and she said she is not able to see it further and have to wait till the mail comes it.
Can't wait to see what else is that they want or don't like about your case, even when we have a 10 months Old Son.

@Ishah uddin believe me they will not deny it, if both of you truly have a child together, just take a DNA test with your husband and the child as further prove, send it to them 100% they will approve it.

Well, I don't think that they won't be able to Deny it. They can and they did in the past. We have submitted all the proofs they required.

what was the reason you got denied during first interview ? 4 years of marriage and a kid should have been a very simple case. what are we missing in the details ?

I was speaking in a generic way when I told "they have denied Application similar to mine in the past".

Still waiting for the Notice to Arrive in the mail, 1 question - NOID basically needs a response in 30days. I wonder if it from the date the notice was sent. if that is the case, then I will be left with hardly 20-23 days in hand also minus 5 days for us to send in whatever they asked for. so basically 15 to 18 days.

start to get notarized letters of affidavit from people who can attest to your marriage. Get as many as possible. Gather some more evidence. Then wait to receive the letter to explain all the discrepancies they pointed out. To get a good reply you will need to see a lawyer. Meanwhile get prepared so within 2 to 3 days of getting the letter you can reply before the deadline.

NOID is 30 days (but 33 days if sending by post) from the date of the writing notice. which is if the date on there is the 10, you will have till the 13 to submit your responses.
