EAD approval failed the third time👁️👁️
What does USCIS actually need....I did add a lot of unsolicited evidence yet????? my i765 has counted down from 2 weeks to case taking longer than expected to process 3 TIMES.....medical rfe requested and submitted more than 60 days ago....neither i765 or i485 has been approved since 8th of January 2023 when the application was made.
Anyone on this same boat? this is alarming and frustrating but I know my Redeemer liveth.....

@um ch ..no denial...just keep moving from 2weeks to 1 week and then case taking longer than expected to process .....this has happened three times

oh i see. yeah that sucks. happened to me once with my i765 and it gave me hope but next day it went back to taking longer than normal.

the processing time is very inaccurate, don’t stress too much over it

@devon James I have checked and there is nothing there apart from the 11 unsolicited evidences I uploaded for i765. Same goes for i485, no other documents apart from the 28 unsolicited evidences I uploaded

@gegen press does the state really matter?...@jane doe yes that is was really happened to me three times.....counting from 2 weeks to 1week then case taking longer than expected to process after waiting anxiously on the 7th day

yes the state matters as the speed is linked to your actual field office even if it’s processing at NBC

i-765 doesn’t go to your local office. NBC processing time online shows average 7 months. unfortunately the prediction on your portal is not accurate.

@jimmy .. The processing time is not accurate, 2 months ago I received on my I-130 that my case is taking longer than expected to process. Now they’re not showing anything about another estimated time until case decision.
